ABOUT CACAO
Harvested from the American Cacao tree, cacao is also known by its scientific name Theobroma cacao, meaning 'food of the gods'. In Aztec mythology, a god delivered the cacao tree to the people who brewed its beans into a foamy, bitter concoction that promised to imbue power and wisdom. Ancient civilizations, like the Olmecs and Mayans, offered cacao as gifts to the gods and used it as currency, treating it like gold.
Today, we count on cacao as a premium superfood: delicious, nourishing and a go-to for energy, vitality and a dose of the feel-goods.
INGREDIENTS
100% Criollo Ceremonial Grade Cacao.
HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CUP
1. Prepare 20gr (approx. 2 tbsp) with hot water
2. Heat and infuse over stove until melted (do not microwave)
3. Add your preferred taste – Cinnamon, honey, natural sugar, vanilla or cayenne
4. Add preferred milk option if required
5. Mix briefly with blender until creamy smoothActive with a though or intention and enjoy 😊

FAQs
WHAT IS AN IDEAL SERVING SIZE?
We recommend a daily use serve of 20gr (approx. 2 level tablespoons) This is ideal as your morning get up and go, before a workout or if you’re just in need of some inspiration.
Should you be seeing a deeper experience, relating to meditation, spiritual practice or a longer lasting energetic effect – A ceremonial dose is recommended.
Ceremonial doses range from 30-45 grams (3-4 tablespoons) We recommend starting at 30gr and working your way up to your body’s ideal ceremony dose.
DOES CACAO CONTAIN CAFFEINE?
Yes, but in very low doses. Cacao actually draws its stimulatory affect from theobromine rather than relying on high caffeine, which is healthier for your body and nervous system.
One 20gr serve of Cacao contains approximately 35mg of caffeine – less than 1/3 the average cup of coffee
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO HAVE MY CACAO?
When the moment calls for it!
As your daily starter, pre-workout energy boost, or extra focus for studying – Cacao is suitable morning, day and afternoon.
Even a small amount of caffeine can keep you awake in the evening, so we recommend enjoying your Cacao in the morning and midafternoon

We recommend not exceeding 2 serves per day. Which will help to keep your energy system supporting you day after day.

What I love about the Ceremonial Cacao is that it's more than just a delicious chocolate drink! As someone who's passionate about nourishing my body, feeling energised and making healthier choices, I'm discovering new ways to support my wellbeing. This drink naturally contains antioxidants, it contains theobromine, a naturally occurring stimulant, cocoa flavonols that may support healthy blood flow and perfect for a nice warm drink or adding to smoothies or even breakfast cereal. Helping reduce those afternoon crashes where I would reach out for more coffee or sweets, such a delicious alternative.
