    Ingredients

    For The Chocolate Sauce 

    Toppings

    • Chopped raw almonds
    • Cacao nibs

    Method

    Cut bananas into 3 or 4 pieces and place in an airtight container and freeze overnight.

    Place in blender and blitz to ice-cream consistency. If your food processor can’t blend the frozen bananas, add a touch of coconut milk.

    Add the Creation Cacao and blend again.

    Check for taste. If you prefer your nice-cream sweet add a dash of maple syrup, and blend again. If you like bitter chocolate ice cream, add more cacao.

    To make the chocolate sauce, combine both ingredients in the blender and blitz.

    Serve nice cream immediately as a soft serve, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid. If it’s too hard, stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for perfect consistency.

    Serve sprinkled with almonds and nibs.
